All sales are final. Because each cup is handmade with care, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive the wrong cup by mistake, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. I’ll make sure the correct item is sent to you as soon as possible.

Please double-check your order before placing it — once an order is confirmed, I can’t make changes or cancellations.
