Processing Time:


  • Each cup is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create and prepare your order before it ships.



Delivery Time:


  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.



Shipping Costs:


  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.



Handling & Packaging:


  • Cups are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • All items are shipped in protective packaging, but please handle with care upon arrival.



Lost or Damaged Packages:


  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong cup, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • We will replace the item if it was our mistake.



Local Pick-Up (Optional):


  • Local customers may contact us to arrange in-person pick-up.
